Anyway my background is as a professional Pastry Chef working in prestigious Gentlemen's Clubs and for Private Directors in and around London. Before you get the wrong idea about the hot tempers of chefs in general I'm no "F" word bashing Gordon Ramsey type. However, I do have strong leadership traits that guide me through everyday life and work.

So why work online?

Well when I planned for my family I vowed I could no longer be standing up on my feet for hours and then do the same when I got home to my family so I pursued a second career.

I embarked upon a 3 year University degree in Information Science (Computing and Public Relation skills). I completed the course with Honors but I hated the final year of 10,000+ word thesis and coursework up to my eyeballs. I look back and wonder how I didn't just drop out like many people do!

I believe my persistence drives me to complete a challenge even if it nearly kills me. People who know me understand clearly that when I say something, heck I'm going to do it!

I am actively involved in affiliate Marketing and have recently delved in Direct Sales as an Independent Home Business Owner. I love the freedom it gives me to look after my two boys as a stay at home mom (mum) and the true quality time I get with them. Most of all I answer to no man or boss.
